Welcome to South Beach House, a luxury vacation rental that was completed in December 2017 and is positioned on a stunning mile-long stretch of pink sand beach along Banks Road, Governor’s Harbour, well known for its impressive and affluent residences.
As you enter into South Beach’s spectacular great room with cathedral ceiling and views, there are outstanding views overlooking the infinity pool and Atlantic ocean beyond. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and sparkling quartz countertops. The dining area has seating for up to 10. Both kitchen and dining room feature ocean views.
The extra-large living area features two sofas facing the ocean and two love seats. Step out through the giant glass sliders and enter the beachfront courtyard, centered around the heated infinity pool.
The deck around the pool offers open areas for sunning and shaded areas for lounging. Just behind the pool, a short flight of wooden steps leads down to a world-class pink-sand beach, over a mile long, with just a handful of houses along the length of it.
South Beach features 4 private bedroom suites, each with a king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin-size sofa bed in one of the rooms. All bedrooms have an ocean view, although from the front two bedrooms, the view is spectacular, through a wall of glass.
Two of the bedroom suites are stand-alone cottages, just a few feet from the main house, complete with living/dining rooms and full kitchens. These two cottages do not connect internally to the main house.
Amenities include high efficiency air-conditioning throughout, WIFI, satellite TV, laundry room with washer/dryer and a wine cooler, a gas grill, and backup generator. At the guest’s option, the swimming pool can be heated for a fee of $300 per week. For those traveling with young children, there is also a pack n play/travel crib available.
